How To Play Beer Games: Quarters

True to its name, a game of quarters will only cost you about 50 cents, plus the price of beer. Quarters is a classic bar game you can play just about anywhere. Grab a cup, a couple of coins and get ready to play.

Step 1: You will need

  • 1 US quarter or similarly sized coin
  • cup of beer

Fill the beer glass.

Try to bounce the quarter off the table to get it into the beer filled glass… either by dropping it on its side or bouncing it flat on the table.

If it goes in… then select a player to drink it down. Don't swallow the quarter!

Keep going till you miss.

If you miss you can chance it and go again but if you miss a second time… you drink the beer and it's the next player's turn.

Now that's a cheap drunk!
