There is a new online mode, and an interesting "match-momentum" mode that tracks how well you are doing, and gives bonus multiplayer if you got a run of hitting good strokes.

Now, the interesting feature about Virtua Tennis 4 is that it supports the motion control of all three consoles. On the Wii, it has the Wii remote; on the PlayStation 3, it has the move controls; and on 360, it supports Connect. So, however you want to play your tennis, and whichever console you've got, you have the opportunity to do it by just moving your arms - matching the swing as you would do in real life.

Finally, this version of Virtua Tennis 4 offers more in-depth career mode. So, often just from going match to match, you have to manage your team and your sponsors as well. It just adds a little more depth than playing one-off tennis games.
