Hey, I'm Ross, from Game, the Nintendo specialist here. And today I'm going show you how to play baseball on Wii Sports. So once you've inserted the Wii Sports disc into your Wii console, the game will load up to this screen.

Select baseball. And again you can play this with up to two players. Obviously today I'm going to probably just show you the one player.

And after selecting my Mii character, it will load into the game. So again, just like in real baseball, you hold the Wii remote as if you are holding a baseball bat or when pitching, throwing the baseball. So once in, literally hold the Wii remote so that the side and the buttons are facing you, as here.

Once in, you will then swing the bat as if you were swinging and playing baseball for real. Ok, here we go. Let's see how I do.

Uh. One more. Ah, it's in trouble.

So that's the batting. Let's move on to the pitching. Ok, so this is how to pitch on Wii Sports baseball.

Again, just action as if you were going to swing and throw a baseball. The harder you swing, the harder you throw it. Holding down the button on the back of the controller will give a curveball effect to the ball.

And holding down the A button on the front of the controller gives it the screwball. So that's how you pitch on Wii Sports baseball.
