Step 1: Prepare The Wing
Chop the end of the wing using the heel of a knife. You should be able to see two bones running side by side, a small one and a larger one. Push the small bone down, bend over and push out to remove it. Pull the rest of the meat forward from the larger bone to make a nice bite size canape. You can then add some sauce or simply grill it and serve.
