  • 1 squash

Step 1: Prepare The Squash

Slice both ends off the squash. Then, standing it upright on its base, place one hand on either side of a knife and push down to slice the squash in half. Use a spoon and scoop out the seeds of each squash half. Now peel each squash half, and then slice and dice them. Place the squash onto a roasting dish which is covered with olive oil. Place them in the oven for about 30 minutes.
