Ingredients
- 12 large eggs
- 70 g mayonnaise
- 1 tsp salt
- cold water
Method
Place you eggs in a pan and cover with cold water, then place them on the hob for about 18 minutes until they are hard boiled. Once the eggs are cooked, drain them and pour over cold water to cool them down.
Crack the eggs and peel them, then rinse them in cold water and drain them on paper towels.
Cut the eggs into large chunks and mix with the mayonnaise and salt.
