I caught her with half a croissant stuck in her mouth and both of us were wearing bathrobes. Her immediate response was, "do you think this is normal?" That was a little over six years ago. But for the record, I hate the commercial crap associated with engagement -just get a nice ring, the 2 months salary rule is, to me, insulting. I wish women wouldn't put so much emphasis on a bloody ring. Marriage and life together is what its about.
