How To Protect Your Beard After Shaving
This film shows you how to leave your skin and beard feeling nice and smooth after shaving. Factors such as cleansing, the water temperature and moisturising are all important for protecting your beard after shaving.
Step 1: Cleanse
Use a facial wash and not soap to clean your face after you have finished shaving. Use small circular motions all over your face and then leave for thirty seconds
Step 2: Hot water
Use hot water or a hot wet towel on your face. At home you can also use hot water and splash it liberally all over your face. Make sure you have removed all residues of facial wash.
Step 3: Cold water
If you really want to treat yourself put a wet towel in the fridge and then apply to your face. Otherwise liberally splash with cold water
Step 4: Moisturise
Rub the moisturiser into your hands and massage into your face which should still be wet. Don't use aftershave. If you want to smell nice apply eau de toilette behind your ear lobes
