How To Punt A Football

In this video, I'm going to show you how to punt a football. The important bit about punting the football is the grip on the football. Your left hand goes on the top third of the football and your right hand goes on the side of the football.

When you go to drop the ball, you will drop it straight down. Once you've caught the football, you will take two steps forwards. Once you've taken the two steps, you'll then drop the football and kick through with your right leg.
