How To Put Music On Ipod

This video describes two ways to put music on your iPod touch. You must use iTunes for both, so have a look.

In this video, we're going to show you how to put music onto your iPod touch. You can try to put on specific songs or the music in your library. Obviously, you need to be careful what you like, that it's not too big or you're not going to get all the songs over.

So, sometimes, it's useful to manually manage your music collection and drag across specific ones that you want on there. If you plug your iPod into iTunes and select the iPod under devices, you can tick the manually manage music tick box and you'll be able to drag specific music across to your iPod. So, if we go to the music section under library and this is the music that's on your computer, and we can select the songs that we wish to transfer onto the iPod.

And then, drag them over to the iPod icon underneath devices; iTunes will then sync the music over to the iPod. When it's done, it will leave you with the Apple symbol at the top. Alternatively, if you wanted to sync everything in your music library, what you could do is go back to the iPod device, un-tick manually manage music, click the apply button and then, click erase and sync.

This will remove any of the manually added songs on your iPod and start transferring your entire music library or as much of it as it can, over to your iPod. Once it's done, you can click the eject button and unplug the iPod. The music will now be available under the music app where you'll have all the tracks that have been synched across and you can tap there, the music, and you can play it.

And that's how to put music onto your iPod. .
