This helped me a lot and it's going to help you too.
Step 2: Household Items
You'll need a few household items to eliminate this bad habit out of your life forever. The first thing you need is some soy, like the vegetarians use. Now we're going to use some small pieces. Next thing you need is some white flour - I think everybody has some. A cup of water, and some peanuts. This is how you do it.
Step 3: How It Is Done
Every time you need a smoke, take one piece of soy, dip it in water. Now after you've dipped it in water, you have to go to the flour. Now dip it in some flour. Make it all white. Now take the piece, put it to one side. Do the same thing with one peanut-- there we go. Now these are the only things you need to eliminate smoking out of your life.
