How To Reduce Picture Size
Tech expert Rachael Downie shows you how to reduce the size of photographs on Microsoft Office Picture Manager.
Method
Find the image that you would like to reduce in size. Right click on the file and scroll down the drop down menu to 'Open with Microsoft Office Picture Manager.' This will open your picture in Microsoft Office Picture Manager. Click on the 'Picture' tab on the top right hand side of the page. Select 'Resize picture' on the drop down menu. A menu will appear in the right hand side of the screen, giving you three options to resize your picture. Select one of these, click 'OK' and your image will reduce in size.
