How To Reduce Stomach Fat
Exercise must be combined with diet. It's what it takes to reduce your stomach fat. Watch your bad food intake and live an active lifestyle, then the sit ups will work.
To reduce stomach fat, there are a few things you need to do. You need to look at your lifestyle, you need to look at your nutrition, and you need to look at your training. If you work on all three, then your stomach fat will reduce every week.
So, first of all, for lifestyle, the main thing is to be active. If you're working a job and you're sitting down all day, try and walk as much as you can on the weekend. Choose hobbies which are active rather than sitting in front of the TV, with your family and friends.
Just be as active as you can. Secondly, nutrition. Two things with nutrition - try and eliminate the bad stuff, so alcohol, junk food, crisps, that kind of stuff.
Have as little of that as you can and have as much good food as you can. Lean protein. Healthy carbohydrates.
Fruit. Veg. That kind of thing.
Finally, training. Training is like the icing on the cake. It's the focus on getting that stomach flatter all the time.
Now, you can't just do lots of sit-ups. That actually doesn't work. If you want to reduce fat in any one area, it's best to actually go for a general weight loss plan.
What I'm going to show you now is an exercise which combines resistance training with cardio. It's quite complicated so I'm going to explain it step by step. The first component is a press up.
A press up, you slowly go down and slowly push up. If you look, my back is completely flat. Second component is a jump.
So, in this position, jump. So, what we're going to do, we're going to combine those two exercises together to make it a really effective weight loss exercise. I recommend doing that for as long as you can.
It may be ten seconds. It may be two minutes. Have a break and do it two or three more times or sets.
If you do that every day, along with your nutrition and your lifestyle factors, you will definitely have reduced stomach fat. .
