Hi my name is Danny from PC Paramedics and today I'll be showing you some tricks and tips for your computer. Okay, to start we're going to click on "Start" and then we'll want to go to Control Panel. Control Panel on Windows Vista and on Windows XP are in exactly the same place.

You would enter Control Panel here. Okay, now on Windows XP, to remove a program you would click on Add or Remove Programs. In Control Panel, the icons will be in alphabetical order.
