Today, we're going to talk about the removal of facial hair. Traditionally, facial hair has been removed by shaving or waxing and there's a technique called threading. These are mechanical methods of ripping the hair out of the skin or by cutting the hair at the skin's surface.
More recently, lasers have become the vogue. For the permanent removal of large areas of hair, lasers are extremely effective. Over three or four sessions will be effective.
Other methods are electrolysis, if there are few hairs; lasers are the most modern and superior method of all provided there is sufficient hair. One can resort to plucking or waxing as they're easy to do, but they don't compare to lasers, provided the patient is a suitable patient and there's not growth behind the hair. .
