Girls have enough things to worry about without worrying about getting their make up on their collars. Watch these easy-to-do steps on how to remove make up stains from clothes.

Step 1: Stain Sandwich

Try wiping away the makeup stain with a slice of bread. Fresh white bread works best. Bread works as a natural absorber of oil and moisture.

Step 2: Vinegar Tip

Wet a light-colored cloth with white vinegar, wring it out, and use it to wipe away the makeup stains. Vinegar should not be used on cotton, linen or acetate so be sure to check the label of your item of clothing and test first on a hidden area.

Step 3: Alcohol Call

Blot the stain with denatured alcohol. You can find denatured alcohol at your local hardware store. Afterwards, rub a small amount of dishwashing liquid on the spot. Only use clear or white dishwashing liquids, other colors could do more harm than good.

Step 4: Shave It Away

Work a dab of shaving cream (NOT GEL) into the spot using a light-colored cloth, then rinse with club soda. Cold water can also be used.

Step 5: Wash Finale

One or a combination of these steps should've worked for you at getting the stain out. Your last step should be to wash the item as you normally would. Just remember not to dry or iron the item until the stain has been completely removed.
