I removed red wine stains by following the advice on the internet from America. The advice worked for me. Using equal parts of hydrogen peroxide and morning fresh dishwashing detergent. I used this and it worked beautifully for me. I also use this on animal stains and again they came straight off. Meree

There's a simpler solution if you have a white cotton or natural fibre (e.g. linen) shirt. A: Spill red wine on your shirt. B: Immediately, or asap, pour milk (I only ever have fat milk in the fridge) over the entire stain. C: Let it dry and then wash as usual.

Just use peroxide asap. Works the best for red wine as well as blood
