Hi. Today we're going to show you how to remove tree sap from your vehicle. First, you need to start off jetwashing your vehicle.

If you have a warm water pressure washer this would be ideal as it helps release the sap from the vehicle. Next step would be to use a wash mitt, with hot water again, and shampoo using straight motions from one side of the panel to the other. Once you've cleaned the vehicle and released all excess dirt, rise the vehicle off.

With a clay bar lubricate it again. Rub across the panel in straight lines until you feel the paintwork become smooth underneath you. You will feel the stickiness of the sap underneath the clay bar and it will make it difficult initially to fine clean.

Once it's been released from the paint work, you will find that the clay bar glides over the paintwork far smoother. At this point you know that you have decontaminated all the sap and removed all the sap from the paint work, and it's now ready to be quickly washed down again. Always try to use straight line motions from one side of the panel to the other.

This ensures that you do not miss any areas on the panel. Once you're happy everything's been rinsed off jet wash the vehicle again. Once you're happy this has been done get a clean wipe fibercloth and dry the vehicle.
