Sports bike: similar to a road bike, essentially, it does the same job. The main difference is, the components will be cheaper, probably have a cheaper frame, tires, wheels, brakes, all that kind of thing will be a lot less expensive on a road bike, therefore it'll be heavier. Sports bike, you ride it the same as a road bike, unlike a road bike, where you have expensive clippers, pedals, generally they've got toe clips and straps or just may have flat pedals.

It could also have flat handlebars and drop handlebars as well. Generally speaking, they're about 300 pounds to 400 pounds, maybe a little bit less, but they'll have all the gears similar to a road bike. Sports bike positions are very similar to a road bike, maybe not quite so extremely, you'd be more in an upright position.

So let's see a sports bike in action! Sports bikes spin along quite nicely. Gear section is essentially the same, I'm changing gear now into a higher gear, and therefore I'm going much quicker now than I normally would on a mountain bike. Using high gears on a sports bike compared to mountain bike, I can spin much more quickly, harder, faster and longer. And that is a sports bike! .
