Ingredients

  • 2 large red peppers
  • olive oil

Step 1: Prepare The Peppers

Place two whole red peppers into a baking tray, and drizzle olive oil onto each pepper. Now take each pepper into your hands and rub the olive oil into the peppers. Place them back into the baking tray and then place it into the oven at a very high heat.

Step 2: Peel The Peppers

When the peppers have finished roasting, place them into a mixing bowl. Cover the bowl with some cling film, and then leave the peppers to sweat for about 10 minutes. After about 10 minutes, take out the peppers and start peeling the darkened skin from these peppers, delicately, whilst also removing the seeds from the peppers.
