Hi. My name is Ricardo Macedo, and I'm here today to give you some good tips and show you how to do some exercise. We are at my gym in Kensington, London, W8.

uk. So, come with me and we're going to show you some tips. Here we go.
How to run fast and jump high. So, to run fast, you need to change the routine of your training. For example, introduce some sprints.
Run for 100 metres, walk for 300 metres recurring. Run for another 100 metres, walk for 300 metres. So, keeping that training, soon you're going to be able to cover the same distance in less time.
To jump high. So, use a type of exercise called plymetrics. Plymetrics is when you overload the muscle, contact and release, and explode in a big, fast, powerful movement.
So, I'm going to demonstrate for you. So I'm going to ask you to bring here and explode in a big jump. Here we go.
Again. Good. So what you can do to improve and create some resistance is use those.
These are going to make you feel a little bit heavier, so therefore, you're going to improve your jumping. You're going to get it stronger and more powerful. So, when you take that out, I can guarantee you're going to be jumping much higher.
