Ingredients

  • 110 g salmon, skinned
  • salt
  • pepper
  • lemon
  • olive oil

Method

Evenly sprinkle salt and pepper over the salmon. The key is not to over season it.

Fry it in a pan with a little olive oil to brown it, then put it in the oven with a quarter of the lemon for 5-10 minutes at 160-180 degrees.
