How To Sell Pokemon Cards

In this video I'm going to teach you how to sell pokemon cards. Now if you have a lot of pokemon cards that you do not use and you don't want to keep then you obviously want to get rid of them. Now selling them is a nice easy way of both getting rid of them and gaining some of your money back so here is a few tips on how to sell.

I have a pile of cards here that I don't want, now all it is is a pile of cards and if i were to stick them on ebay I would not know what was there, so really the first thing you want to do is identify what cards they are. So the first thing you want to do is find the symbol at the bottom right hand corner - each set has a different symbol in the corner, next to it is either a circle, a diamond or a star symbol and now this indicates the rarity of the card. Circle being common, diamon being uncommon and star being rare.

And then there is the set number which is always the card number followed by the number of cards in the set in this case out of ninety five so once you have them all in order you will start noticing you have stars at the front, diamonds next, and then circles followed by a repeat later on. Count up the number of stars, diamonds and circles you have got and start listing them all up on ebay. You can use ebay to try and find roughly what prices cards are starting to get and if you have a very rare card you might be able to sell it on its own for a good price and that's the basics of selling pokemon cards.
