How To Send Absent Healing

I'm going to tell you how you can send absent healing to somebody. If you're worried or concerned about a person, if they are not well, you may want to send them healing but may not be near them. The way that you can send your healing to them is to either get a photograph of that person or just to think about them in your mind's eye.

If you have a photograph of them, look at the photograph and concentrate and send all your healing thoughts to that person and the part of their body that is affected. If they are not very well mentally, just send your loving thoughts to them and ask of them to accept your healing. Maybe, you would like to call in your angels as well.

Archangel Raphael is a very good angel to give healing. They are the angels of healing. Sometimes, you might like to lay your hands on the photograph, and just imagine and visualize that your healing thoughts are going through that photograph to that person.

If you don't have a photograph, you might like to write their name on a piece of paper. Write their name down and really concentrate on that person, and send all your love and your healing energy to them. Another way is just to simply sit in a quiet place, close your eyes and visualize them in your mind.

If you do not know what they look like, just go with the feeling or a sense of that person. Sometimes, we are asked to give absent healing to people that we don't know. Maybe, it's because somebody as friend or someone we work with has someone who's quite sick or not well.

If we don't know what that person looks like, we can visualize sending the energy to their energy. It's all with good intent and that is the main thing. As long as you send love and healing with good intent, it will be received.
