How To Separate A Garlic Head

Separating garlic cloves from within the head is a tricky little operation. Not any longer - here's VideoJug's quick tip to instantly separate garlic cloves.

Step 1:

The Trick

Place the garlic head on a hard surface. Press the palm of your hand firmly on top and apply pressure in a circular movement. The skin will fall away allowing the individual garlic cloves to separate.
