  • Think about how your legs are positioned when you sit cross-legged on a chair. Recreate this position in your seated pole move.
  • Squeeze your legs so there are no gaps between them and your skin can grip the pole more easily.
  • If you're having trouble with your balance, grip your lower foot around the back of the pole.
