How To Slim Thighs

Today I'm going to be giving you some tips and exercises to help you with your fitness.
In this video I'm going to tell you how to get slim thighs. It's important to point out that you can't just lose fat from one specific area, so the aim is to lose fat overall and eventually you'll slim down that area.
it's best not to go for quick fix diets that will basically end up putting on weight in the long run. So go for moderation. Make sure that you're eating little and often and a good combination of carbohydrates, protein, plenty of vegetables, a moderate amount of fruit and good fats.
It's also important to drink two litres of water a day, even more if you're going to be exercising. Now visualize yourself with slim thighs. Imagine what they look like, what are people saying to you, how does it feel to have those slim thighs.
Then whenever you find yourself losing motivation just revisit that visualization. To lose fat you want to get moving more, you want to be more active. So finding ways of walking to places that you usually drive, maybe parking the car further away from your destinations so you get an extra bit of exercise there.
Even when you're with the kids you could walk them to school and walk back again and you'd be getting a few extra steps a day. Walking is a great way of burning fat but also exercising the leg area so this is a great one if you're trying to slim your thighs. Running is even better because you're going to be burning more calories and using those muscles more.
Make sure you flick the heels up the back towards your bottom to make sure you're toning the entire thigh. There are plenty of exercises to choose from to slim your thighs down or at least give your muscles that toned appearance. Now you can use an ankle weight like this one that you strap around your ankle, you can also use one of these bands to give you extra tension there or you can simply start off by using your body weight.
So lie on your side either leaning on your elbow or you can lie all the way down, depending on what's more comfortable. It's really important that you keep your hips square, though. You don't want to be rolling in and you don't want to be rolling backwards.
Now, to do the outer thigh, flex your feet and lift up that leg. Do as many repetitions as it takes before you feel the muscles starting to work and then pulse the muscle at the top there and go back to the scissors again.
Every woman wants to get rid of that giggle on the inside of her thigh and actually with a little bit of work it's quite easy.
Again, you can use the ankle weights or you can use the bands to give you more tension. What you want to do is lie on your side and bring your other leg in front of you at a right angle here. Then lift the underneath leg like that and you'll feel the inner thigh muscles working.
Again, pulsing at the top there will just give you an extra bit of work.
