Fill the bladder with 80 ounces - that's the equivalent of a six pack of your favorite drink, hot or cold.
That should be plenty for you and a friend. Strap the belly over your chest and cover it with a t-shirt.
Sure, it looks like you've gained fifteen pounds, but beer in a bladder is way cheaper than beer from a vendor. At least you still have some cash in your pocket. So be proud of your belly.
