Today, I am going to speak to you about how to treat sore feet. Our feet take daily stress from our demanding lifestyle choices and footwear. It is important to relax and bathe our feet regularly in warm water to allow our muscles and tendons to relax and recover.
A foot massage can prove useful in freeing up any tension or trigger points that have become particularly sore. If your feet tend to swell or are painful, icing the area or elevating would reduce the local swelling and soothe any pain. Wear comfortable footwear allowing plenty of room and support to the arch and the heel.
