How To Spotlessly Clean A Shower Screen
Spotlessly Clean A Shower Screen. Haven't seen out of your shower in years? Then this is the Videojug for you. Gives your bathroom a special shine.
Step 1: You will need
Step 2: Prepare
Fill a tub with hot water and place it by the shower. Use it to dampen down the screen with the soft side of a household sponge.
Step 3: Clean
Squirt a generous amount of cream cleaner onto the abrasive side of a sponge. A cream cleaner is preferable as it clings and softens the dirt and stains, making them easier to remove. Scrub the entire shower screen.
If you live in a hard water area the water stains and mineral deposits may be particularly hard to remove, try using a metal scourer instead of a sponge. This won't scratch the screen but may be more effective.
Step 4: Rinse
Rinse the screen by wiping over a damp cloth to remove any residue left by the cream cleaner.
Step 5: Polish
Finally dry off with paper towels. Jacqueline recommends paper towels as they easily absorb the water and polish to a spotless finish.
Tips & Comments
Can Jacqueline tell me what the best way is to clean varnished / oiled wood floor
Please tell Jacqueline Hansson that the easiest way to clean a shower screen is to damp a Bounce tumble dryer sheet and rub the screen with it. The deposit comes off easily and then you just rub the screen with a soft dry cloth. Only takes five minutes or so...looks brand news.

WIll she do a video on how to clean all that mold in the shower too? yuck! I use grated soap melted in water and spray that on the surface to wet, then use a cloth with bakign soda, and literally wipe off the soap scum. spray with vinegar and rinse. my shower is spotless, no mold and there is no scrubbing.
The shower in this video isnt a glass one u fools
Anyone using metal against glass is just asking for trouble.
I tried the above method to no avail. Try instead SHOUT spot remover. Leave for 15 mins then rinse off well and dry with paper towels.
the plastic in those sponge scourers is apparently harder than steel and will definately scratch glass
what a joke...i use this technique every weekend and it never cleans the water marks. Jacquline Hanson needs to change career :P
