I'm no professional, doctor, or anything. I have no idea. But I was always told that your skin develops wrinkles due to repeated motions, like laugh lines. People who laugh a lot get laugh lines. People who smile alot get crows feet. People who frown a lot get frown lines. BUT also, toning muscles has been known to keep skin a little tighter in the REST of the body. So maybe it COULD work for the face! But one this is DEFINITELY sure, you should use lotion or oils daily! That DEFINITELY helps keep your skin looking young. And it's important that you start young, like she did, so that you, too, can look good when you get older. Also, she's not ugly. The lighting in the video is just VERY BAD. But don't mistake lighting for ugly. ANYONE can look atrocious in the wrong lighting.
She looks very old! I am scared to do all these excercise, just don't want to look alike.
