    i do all that and more as my daily routine and i still feel there is a little deppression there...mybe its boredom i dont realy know..

    people who get up early-er are happy-er? :O Maybe i should try that... (I always act like a bear waking up in the middle of hibernation season XP) and on weekends i wake from 9AM or 3PM (usually from working/having fun all night)
