Hello, I'm Ben Huss. I'm a certified hypnotherapist and I'm going to show you tools and techniques to help you unlock your potential. I'm going to show you how to stop eating sugar.

Think of that food you really desire. Let's brings those feelings of craving up. Really picture it.

Imagine tasting it, and the sound it makes when you bite into it. Good. It might help if you have a picture of it there on your computer, so you can focus on it.

How strong is that desire right now? How strong is that craving? On a scale of one to ten, one being not at all, and ten being the outmost desire. Good. In a moment, we're about to begin tapping on the body.

So just copy what I do, and say what I say. Let's tap first here, and repeat after me. "Even though I have this craving, I totally and completely love and accept myself.

Even though I have this really strong craving, I totally and completely love and approve of myself. Even though I have this craving, I totally and absolutely love and forgive myself." Good.

Now, tap the top of your head. "This craving," where your eyebrow begins. "This craving," side of the eye.

"This craving," underneath the eye. "This craving," all the time keeping focus on that feeling of craving, underneath the nose. "This craving," underneath the mouth.

"This craving," just here onto your collarbone. "This craving," and just underneath the arm. "This craving.

" Now, we're going to begin tapping again. "Even though, I still have this craving, I totally and completely love and accept myself. Even though, I still have this craving, I totally and completely love and approve of myself.

Even though, I still have this craving, I totally and completely love and forgive myself." Now, tap the top of your head. "This remaining craving," where your eyebrow begins.

"This remaining craving," side of the eye. "This remaining craving," underneath the eye. "This remaining craving," underneath the nose.

"This remaining craving," underneath the mouth. "This remaining craving," collar bone. "This remaining craving," and underneath the arm.

"This remaining craving." That's good. Now, let's take a deep breath in, and out, and again, in, and out.

Good. Now, try to bring back those feelings, those cravings as strongly as you can and now, you probably will have noticed that if you rank it from one to ten, it would have fallen either by a lot or by a little. What matters is that it's changed.

Repeat this exercise as many times as you can until it goes all the way down to zero, and that is how you stop eating sugar. .
