Hello, I'm Benn Huss, I am certified hypnotherapist and I'm going to show you tools and technique to help you unlock your potentials. I'm going to show you how you can stop your fear of spiders. Now, it's perfectly natural to have phobias.
In fact, we are born with two, fear of falling and fear of loud noises. All the other phobias, we learn from experience or someone else's experience. Now, your fear of spiders is an irrational fear, and the way you react as I'm sure you know you have no control over it is own conscious response.
When can we view and when you find yourself in similar situations, you'll find you're much calmer and much more in control. So make yourself comfortable, make sure you got no distraction in the next 5 minuets and let's begin. Think of the time when you experienced your phobia or a situation which can trigger that.
Now, take a snapshot of that image, let's just put over there and forget about it for now. Now close your eyes, imagine you just walking in the cinema and walking and there is no one else there, all seats are empty so you take the best seat and you take the center row seat. You sit down and make yourself comfortable and as the movie's about to begin, you noticed that on the screen is the snapshot, that picture of your scary experience.
Now, just imagine yourself floating up to the chair all the way back to the back of the theater to the projection room. And in the projection room, you can watch yourself, watching yourself experiencing that scary situation. And in your hand, you have remote control and when you press play from the movie, it will play all the way through that scary experience, all the way until you reached the point you survive it successfully.
So in a moment and when you're ready, press play now! When you reached the end of that experience, press the pause button. Now, we're going to float all the way the projection room, into the picture, we're going to float into your body. In a moment, we will press the rewind button and when you do, everything will go backwards, the actor in the movie will be moving backwards, objects will be moving backwards, people will be talking backwards, maybe it will sound like a record when it turns it back.
That kind of sound makes it silly, let's say we have soundtrack, you can have circus music, or nursery rhymes. So, when you're ready, press that rewind button and everything will go backwards. Good, and now press the pause button and open your eyes.
Now, when you think about those phobias, notice how different you feel about it. Repeat couple more times, and you'll soon find the phobia disappeared completely. And that's how to stop phobia of spiders. .
