Hi, I'm Joe from Soho Gyms. Today we're at the Waterloo site, and I'll be showing you how to make great muscles. Today, we're going to look at how to strengthen the muscles around the knee.

We're going to have a look at single leg deadlifts. It's important that you only do these exercises for five repetitions each, on each side. What you're looking to do is keep your back straight, bend your leg down, try and extend through the hip while bending the knee.

What you're going to find is that the muscles around the knee are going to work very hard. That's why it's very important you only do five repetitions, nothing more. If you do this exercise, you're going to help strengthen the muscles around your knee.
