How To Style Bangs With Curly Hair

I'm going to show you how to style your bangs with curly hair. When your hair is curly, obviously, it has got more body in it so you don't want a flat fringe area so it's a good idea to use a round brush. I'm going to use a round bristle brush.

I'm going to use a hair dryer with a nozzle on it so I can concentrate the air flow where I want it to go. And what I'm going to do is blow dry it up and forward like that. As I'm going down the hair shaft, I am making sure the hair dryer is following the way the hair grows.

By doing that, you create a smoother look and what we're trying to do is blow dry the hair so it goes up and down and slightly across. So to do that, you pull it straight through and then you twist the brush around and blow dry straight across the forehead and go down, and that will give you a really nice sweeping fringe setting down through this area. As I'm letting that through there, I let the brush go and that's how you style bangs for curly hair.
