How To Swipe

In this video, I'm going to show you how to do a swipe. Basically, a swipe is going around in a circle and twisting your body. It involves going onto your hands, and controlling your body with your upper body and also landing with your legs keeping afloat, a smooth motion, nice and fluid.

Okay, this is how you do it. First of all, you start down, like this. What you have to do, you have to jump with both feet, while twisting.

So what you need to do, you need to put your hands back, you need to look where you're going, placing your hands back whilst jumping. The main part of the move is actually in your hips and your stomach. It controls the twist.

So, what you need to do is make sure that when you're up in the air, you lock yourself, and you start to turn and move your hips around. Okay, I'll just show you how to do it, and what the move is, and then I'll break it down. The first thing you have got to do is jump and twist.

Okay, so all that move was, was you leaning slightly back with your upper body, you're going to jump and place your hands, you're going to jump onto your hands. Jump and twist your body underneath. You'll know when you've done the perfect swipe because you'll hear both of your feet land at exactly the same time.

So, instead, there'll be just one landing motion. So, you've got to listen for that noise; it's all about how you control your body. When you jump back, make sure you twist your body, using your hips and your tummy.

You should hear a perfect landing with both feet hitting the ground exactly at the same time. So, making sure that you jump on your upper body, using your arms, twisting on your body with your core and your hips, and then landing with your feet, now, you will turn around in a circle, but that's all part of the twist.
