Click on maps, get your current location, hold the power button and the home button down, at the same time, you will hear the camera noise, go into your photos, select "camera roll", go to the photo of the map, and if you want to send this photo to a friend, click on the icon on the bottom left-hand corner and you can e-mail the photo straight from the screen grab.
