co.uk. So come with me and we are going to show you some tips.
Here we go! Hi, how to take care of a treadmill machine. There are many ways you can spot a defect or a problem. The best thing is look first in your manual.
Read your manual through and that way, you are going to have good tips how to take good care of your machine. One thing I suggest, test your machine time to time depending on how much you use it. I would say three months, six months, depending how often you use it.
A good way to test is to go through every single program. You start from manual going high speed, test it, here we go! Do the high speed for a few minutes then increase the level. Increase the run more uphill.
Do the uphill and see that everything is smooth. If the noise or any particular thing sounds different to you, maybe there could be a problem. Try to run every single program, like fat burning, sprints, all of the programs the machine offers you.
Go through one by one. Quite often you're going to find that the belt is going to go a little bit loose or out of center. So the way to fix that is simple.
Normally on the back here, you've got two bolts where you control the belt. You can make tighter, you can make looser or you can move to slide on center or on the sides so make sure the belt is always adjusted properly. Not too tight, not too loose, just right.
We are going to reduce now, otherwise Pauline is going to get to tired. So if you spot a problem and the manual won't help you, the best thing to do is normally have a help line. You can spot that on your manual.
Call the help line, see what they can do for you. Sometimes you can do yourself. They are going to guide you through the phone and you can do yourself.
If you can't, then you're going to have to call the professionals. So take good care of your machine and you're going to have it for a long time. That's all for today.
Take care. .
