Hi, I am scarf designer Dominique Mosely and today we are in vintage shop Blondie to talk about all of the different way you can wear your scarf and how you can style it to incorporate it into your look. Scarves are accessories for the whole year round they are not just for winter so its important to know just how versatile they are and how you can bring them in to lots of different looks. Now I am going to show you how to tie a silk scarf.

If you just want to keep your look really simple, and wear it quite casually, one of the best ways is just to tie it into a loose knot around your neck. And you don't have to wear it tight. You can just wear it really informally, draped down like that.

If you are looking for something a bit more flambouyant, and want to really customise the look, you can tie your scarf as you would a boe tie. Again, tie the scarf into one knot, if you have got quite long ends, tie it as if it were a bow in the same way you would your shoe lacess, pull the loops through, and then you can style them to get a really sheek bow shape. And if you wear it off to one side, this is a really great way to get a bit of a different look from your silk scarf.
