Top Tips
- When doing the leg raise, keep your hands palm down on the floor to support your lower back.
- If you have lower back problems you can try a variation of the in-out exercise: place your arms behind you resting your palms on the floor, then straighten and bend your legs as before.
- Start doing 3 sets of 10 for each exercise, increasing the number of reps as you get fitter.
