How To Tone Muscles
This VideoJug film is about how to tone your muscles in two easy steps. The toning of muscle exercises is very easy and simple to do compared to how it looks.
In this video, I am going to talk to you about how to tone muscles. Now, when we say about toning muscles, what most of us mean is to have definition in our muscles. That means hard, firm, having lines, less body fat.
A good way of doing this is by doing exercises that burn fat and also build up muscle, then have the appearance of more tone or definition. What I am going to show you for now is some combination exercises which you do those two things together. First, one is a press-up squat thrust.
Press-up position, I'll show you first, then I'll explain it. Okay, it's a very quick dynamic exercise, it's hard work so you're burning a lot of calories, you're burning fat. Also in the press-up part, I'm toning back, I'm building muscle in the back of my arms, my shoulder, and my chest.
I'm jumping forward and back, I'm building muscle in my abs, my lower back, my glutess, my quads, my hamstrings and we're building muscle as well as the burning fat that gives the look of more tone and more definition in my body. The second exercise we are going to do is the clean and press using a power bag. I'll demonstrate it first.
Now, this exercise can be broken up into steps to learn it. The first stage, you bring your arms up. It's called an upright row.
Notice my elbows go out wide. Next stage, I bend my knees and I throw the bag up to my hands using my momentum. It's actually quite easy; it's not difficult as it looks.
And the final stage is shorter press. So, you bring them all together the upright row, you rotate, short press and we have a cleaning press. Those are two great exercises to tone muscles. .
