Do all your shirts have underarm stains? If you sweat excessively, learn how to control it and reclaim your life. It just takes a few simple steps.

Step 1: Begin With The Skin

If you want to stop sweating, you have to be clean. Shower every day. Wash with anti-bacterial soap. Dry off with a clean towel, and dry yourself thoroughly. The drier you are, the less sweaty you'll be.

Step 2: Better Living Through Chemistry

You won't stop sweating unless you invest in some anti-sweat products! Get an antiperspirant with aluminum chloride and use it at night and in the morning. Get some powder to help keep you dry. Cornstarch and talcum powder absorb moisture and help control odor.

Step 3: Watch What You Eat

Certain foods and beverages can make you sweat. Try cutting down on garlic, onions, peppers, caffeine, and alcohol to control sweat and odor.
