It is very important that you actually wash your face with a gentle cleanser. Do not go for very harsh products because all you do is actually, you will dry out the epidermis, the top layer of your skin. Now, if you have follicular plucking, which obviously happens with your pimples and what that means is that you actually have the overproduction of fat under your skin and that has to come out, obviously out of your skin, out of the epidermis by actually drying out, especially your skin, you are going to make it worse.

So use a very gentle wash, I personally recommend an aloe vera wash and it is a creamy wash which you can get and again, don't put your fingers into the cream because it will be infected with bacteria, use a little cotton bud to get the cream out of the jar, then you apply it on to your skin like a face cream. Put a little bit of warm water on your skin and ideally use a face brush. You can get these face brushes in various shops everywhere, make very sure to sterilize that, meaning, wash them after you use them every time, you can just do that with water and soap and dry it.

So, once you have the wash on your skin, you just brush the wash into your skin in circular motions entrance of the wash. It is very important to tone your skin as well to hydrate it. Again, don't use an alcohol-based toner because it will dry up your skin too much.

I use a yarrow base, yarrow is an antiseptic herb and it is in a water dilution. You literally shake the little bottle and spray it on to your skin and once you have used it, you just gently pat yarrow into your skin. Now, then I use a willow bark extract for the pimples.

What you do is you just take a little willow bark extract cream, comes in a tiny little jar, you actually use a little cotton bud to dip it in and then you tap just a tiny bit on to the spots. Leave it for a minute or so and then hydrate your skin with water based cream, it is very important that the cream is water-based and not fat-based because otherwise you are going to make the pimples worse. So, I use particular tea tree combination or licorice combination.

Again, do not put your fingers into the jar, just use a cotton bud to get the cream out of the jar and then apply it all over your face, just a tiny amount just to hydrate your skin and keep it elastic, while you actually treat the pimples. Now, it would be quite interesting and important to exfoliate your skin once a week. You can do that with a normal exfoliator, you find in the shop but make sure that the exfoliating agent isn't too harsh, so have a look at various products.

I personally use a kiwi extract as an exfoliator. What you do is you just take out a little bit put it on to your damp skin and very gently, with your hands, you just rub it into your skin or you can use again the face brush to do so, so it means you brush the exfoliating agent into your skin and then you rinse it off. Make sure to moisturize your skin after and that is how to treat pimples. .
