How To Trim A Mustache

Today, we'll be demonstrating how to trim a mustache, and we'll be needing a fine tooth comb and a beard trimmer. Tilt the gentleman back, that's it. So, it is a slight angle, a little bit easier to work slowly till you are done.

Okay, fantastic. Right, with the fine tooth comb, we need to consistently comb it in the direction of where the hair grows. And you'll always find that facial hair is always tougher than the rest, so you just need to keep combing it.

And then, grab the comb, and clip around the comber. So from the top of the lip, there is excess hair which flows over the top of the lip, so what you want to do is line it across. Now, he's got quite a thin mustache as it is, so you don't want to take in too much, otherwise he's just going to go off and look horrendous.

So, what we do, comb it down constantly, grab the beard trimmers and just line up close to that, there you go. Now, we do comb it always with the fine tooth comb and it is lined up across there. The other way to help you is normally where the redness of the lip on top of the lip, just follow it across there again on the outside, always comb in direction of the hair like we said.
