How To Use A Charcoal Barbecue

Ingredients

Step 1: Prepare the Barbecue

Place a majority of the coals on one side of the barbecue so you can adjust the heat. White until your coals are white hot. Add the steak.

Step 2: Barbecue the Steak

Notice the bars of your barbecue, turn your steak after 30 seconds by 90 degrees in order to get a nice steakhouse lattice effect. Cook for 2 minutes or so on each side depending on how well cooked you like your steak. Push the steak to the cooler corner to keep your steak warm without the danger of overcooking.
