How To Use A Chinese Birth Chart
For over four thousand years, the Chinese have had a way of determining the sex of unborn babies based upon the monther's age and the date of conception. Learn all about the Chinese birth chart.
Step 1: Find A Birth Chart
The easiest way to do that these days is with an online search. Otherwise… check Chinatown shops in major cities.
Step 2: Determine Your Lunar Age
The Chinese chart is based upon the lunar calendar -- not the western Gregorian calendar. To get your lunar age, you'll need to do a conversion. At the very least, you'll need to add a year to your western age as the Chinese believe that you are one year old the day you were born. But the conversion can be complex, so its best to go to an online conversion site.
Step 3: Predict The Sex
Now that you have your lunar age, you can start divining your baby's future. If the baby's already on the way, find the mother's lunar age on the upper row... then go to the date of conception on the left column. Find the spot where they meet and, you've got your prediction.
Step 4: Pre-Conception Predictions
If you want to be more proactive....then find your lunar age in the upper row. Now go across the chart and look for boy or girl. Whichever you choose... look to the left column to find the best month to conceive for a boy or girl.
