Step 1: Feet Positioning
Feet shoulder width apart, knees bent at 90 degree angle. Never want your knees to extend beyond your toes
Step 2: Extend Your Legs
Extend legs out so that there’s still a slight bend in knees – do not lock knees. Keep your weight in heels and lower back pressed into seat
Step 3: The Exercise
Slowly lower (but not all the way) and repeat.
