Step 1: Main Menu

If you aren't already at the Main Menu, keep pressing the Menu button until you are.

Slide your finger clockwise on the click wheel to highlight Extras. Click the center of the click wheel to make your selection

Step 2: World Clocks

Highlight Clock and click the center of the click wheel to make your selection.

Scroll down to New Clock and click the center of the click wheel to make your selection.

You can choose from a variety of cities from around the world. Scroll down the list and make your selection by clicking the center of the click wheel. Now you'll never be late, no matter where in the world you and your iPod end up!
