I've got a wood fire oven here, and I'm going to show you how to use it. The first thing we need to do is get it lit. So, I'm just going to light a copy of the News of the World in there, which is about the only use for the News of the World, and I'm going to start just piling in the kindling because there are three layers of getting the fire going and it takes a good hour.

The first layer is newspaper. The second is kindling and then you'll see the third is a log, and you definitely need something to blow air into it. So, I've got this electric battery powered pump.

So, in that goes, and what we'll do in a second is as you can see, that's now ignited. Lovely! I'm going to throw a big log on top. Now, you don't put too many logs on for that.

Be careful there. That will catch light pretty soon. There we go.

And then what we're going to do in 15 minute intervals is blow shots of air in there just to get the whole thing sparked up. It's looking pretty good but I'm just going to throw a jet of air in there to really get it going. I'm going to do this 2 or 3 times.

If you want to know how to make a pizza, just look at my video on how to make a pizza. But now, this is going to go in because I'm going to show you how to use the wood fire oven, using this as a demo. So, I'm going to shove this straight in.

It's 500 degrees in there so we're going to rotate it by 90 degrees every 15 seconds or so. It's only going to take about a minute to cook. And that's how you use a wood fire oven. .
